Service Description

This 45-60 minute follow-up appointment, is to check in on how the herbal formulas, and lifestyle/diet suggestions are going for more complex conditions. We will have the opportunity to discuss any questions and review anything that may have changed or come up since your previous appointment and how we wish to move forward. At this point we will move forward with the same herbal formula or adjust it accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Late Policy: You're time slot is held specifically for you, if you are late for your appointment please call in advance to let me know. If I do not hear from you I will wait for 15 minutes from the scheduled start time of your appointment before cancelling it. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or change your appointment time please do so more than 24 hours in advance in order to avoid being charged. The charge is 50% of your consultation fee.
