Service Description

For those who menstruate: This is a one on one lesson on fertility tracking, birth control and menstrual cycle awareness for overall health. We will review which hormones are present at specific times in your cycle, how that can affect you physically and mentally, and how you can track your cycle for the outcomes you desire.

Cancellation Policy

Late Policy: You're time slot is held specifically for you, if you are late for your appointment please call in advance to let me know. If I do not hear from you I will wait for 15 minutes from the scheduled start time of your appointment before cancelling it. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or change your appointment time please do so more than 24 hours in advance in order to avoid being charged. The charge is 50% of your consultation fee.
