This service option is a great way to fully work with me for 6 months and save some money along the way. I will support and guide you through a transformative process toward more sustainable long term health. It includes: - 1, 90 minute initial appointment per month. - 14, 1 hour appointments over the course of 6 months *** - 15 check ins. 10-15 minutes via e-mail or phone to ask questions that may arise over the course of the healing process. - 4 nature immersion sessions. 20-30 minutes long. - Guidance through a step by step process that is catered to your needs and life, bringing about sustainable changes to support your whole health. - Recipes, lifestyle hints, food guidelines specific to your needs ***This is to book your first consult of the series. We will then book via e-mail communication for the rest of the consultations, phone calls and nature immersion sessions.
